This OER textbook has fourteen chapters which cover all the material in "We the People" but not in the same order. Pay attention to the chapter titles (you can figure it out) and read each as we cover the material from "We the People." Also, there is no chapter to correspond to chapter 8 but you may use the readings listed below as a substitute. . The textbook is entitled: "American Government" Glen Krutz (Content Lead), University of Oklahoma Sylvie Waskiewicz, PhD (Lead Editor) You can down load the e-book, a PDF of it (both for free), or even order a printed copy (for charge). Read the Text book - it is where the "terms of Interest" are taken from at the top of each lecture. You should know not only what those terms mean, but how to use them.
