The chronology:

We left the Black Hills and stayed in Wheatland,

passed through Cheyenne,

stayed in Rawlins,

passed through Fort Bridger,

and stayed in Evanston.

RV Park at Weatland

This was lame fake gun fight in Cheyenne. Toomuch talkin' - not nuff shootin'

We walked over to this BBQ and we heard the gun shots while we were eating

Rawlins is on I 80, some where near no where.

I had the golf game of my life there, too bad it was mini-golf .

This is the ruins of an old stage stop, just off I 80.

We crossed the continental divide five times. First going east on the I 90 in Montana. Twice in Yellowstone (going west, then east). And twice going west on I 80. This picture is from Yellwostone because all the other signs went by too fast.

The weather threatened but never got really bad.

This is the main gate of the old, original Fort Bridger. Founded by mountain man Jim Bridger.

The US built it bigger, lost it to the Mormons briefly, and then retook it and built it even bigger. (And closed later).

Kimberly walks Ruby in front of the Joss House, a hundred year old Chinese temple in Evanston.

This monument in Evanston is made from steel recovered from the World Trade Center.

The RV park in Evanston was near the fair ground so we heard a concert from Danny somebody (former American Idol contestant)
